Account Payable Analyst

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We need someone who understands the end-to-end AP process and can go beyond simply processing transactions. The ideal candidate should be analytical, resourceful, and able to think outside the box when investigating and resolving complex AP issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review open invoices, including invoices rejected for payment—both current and aging

• Perform end-to-end invoice processing and posting

• Identify invoice issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolution

• Perform reconciliation of Pending Payment Exceptions and AP Open Items

• Handle reconciliation involving Direct Debit, Debit Balance, GR/IR, accruals, and other AP-related items

• Review and resolve open Procure4You tickets

• Generate AP reports and reconciliation results

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Support the clean-up and resolution of aged AP items and outstanding transactions

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Strong experience in invoice posting, issue resolution, reconciliation, and payments

• Solid knowledge of AP Open Items, GR/IR, Debit Balance, Direct Debit, accruals, and related AP processes

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP and Oracle ERP systems

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify practical solutions

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple outstanding items
