Maximizes earning potential and business growth from existing accounts through effective use of account planning, profitability analysis, and risk management tools to achieve the desired return on the loan portfolio.
Cross-sells other bank products to existing clients based on the bank's available offerings to generate additional sources of fee income.
Prepares and presents loan packages for both solicited and existing accounts for credit committee approval.
Qualifications
Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience.
Must have knowledge of basic credit processes, account management, legal documentation, financial analysis, and risk assessment.
Should possess strong marketing, account solicitation, and effective negotiation skills.
Must demonstrate good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with a strong customer service orientation.
