The position is responsible for increasing the portfolio of the bank, particularly for personal lending. The position is also responsible for negotiating with the client on interest rates, loan terms, fees and charges, and other items related to loan packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and develop new loan clients through sales calls, client visits, and partner referrals.
- Promote loan products and assess client financial capacity and eligibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Negotiate loan terms and assist clients throughout the loan approval process.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and help achieve business growth targets.
Qualification
- Graduate of any four-year course preferably business course
- With at least two (2) years of work-related experience
- Knowledge on bank loan products and services
- Willing to work in Makati City
