Account Officer-Mortgage Finance Business

Job Description:

• Analyzes credit risks of loan applications
• Prepares cash flow computations
• Interviews loan applicants
• Prepares Credit Recommendation Approval Memorandum (CRAM) Computers deposit balances and Average Daily Balances
• Conducts sales calls to developers, brokers, etc.
• Prepares proposal letters
• Conducts site inspection trips
• Conducts loan product briefing
• Participates in project launching/open house Facilitates documentation, mortgage annotation and loan booking
• Prepares monthly accomplishment report including monitoring of accounts, projected booking
• Monitors post booking
• Prepares loan restructuring
• Checks and signs repricing letters on new interest rates and new amortization schedule submitted to clients

Qualifications:

1. At least 1 year relevant experience
2. hands-on experience on loan application
