Account Officer-Mortgage Finance Business

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate housing loan business through sales calls, referrals, and partnerships with developers and brokers
• Interview clients and conduct initial evaluation of mortgage loan applications
• Coordinate with Credit, CI/CA, CORC, and Loan Operations teams for loan approval and booking
• Monitor application status, turnaround time, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Facilitate loan documentation signing and timely compliance with deficiencies
• Accredit new developers and coordinate onboarding requirements
• Conduct loan product briefings and participate in project launches and open houses
• Provide timely and effective responses to client, developer, and broker inquiries
• Prepare monitoring and monthly accomplishment reports, including projected bookings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master's Degree is preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years background in sales, mortgage finance, lending
• Knowledgeable in mortgage products and regulations
• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism with an innovation and continuous improvement mindset
• Strong comms and relationship-building skills
