Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and market Teacher's Loan products through school visits, fieldwork, and networking activities
  • Identify and engage potential clients within assigned areas
  • Assist clients with loan applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all required documents
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely processing and approval of loan applications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with teacher clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely and professional assistance
  • Monitor loan accounts and follow up on payments to ensure good portfolio quality
  • Prepare and submit regular sales, collection, and performance reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course or equivalent
  • Experience in sales, lending, or financial services is an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and able to work independently
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel within assigned areas
