Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, developers, and referral partners.
- Generate qualified mortgage loan applications and meet monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular broker visits, presentations, and business development activities.
- Assist clients in understanding mortgage products, loan requirements, interest rates, and application procedures.
- Evaluate initial client eligibility and completeness of loan documents before endorsement.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and documentation teams to facilitate loan processing and approvals.
- Monitor application status and provide timely updates to brokers and clients.
- Resolve client or broker concerns related to loan processing and booking.

- Prepare sales reports, pipeline monitoring, and market feedback reports.
