Job Summary
The Account Officer is responsible for overall account management in all client's inquiries and needs in understanding, recommending options as they attain the right home loan with BDO and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for loan packaging, cross selling of other consumer products to different sources or channel, pre-screening of accounts and ensuring proper KYC of accounts handled.
- Responsible for the implementation of marketing promos and programs that translate to the success in loan generation.
- Ensures quality loan portfolio through proper pre-screening of loan applicant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder in business
- At least 3 year's sales experience in the banking or real estate industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Sufficient Product knowledge and knowledge in legal documentation
- Experience in credit evaluation would be an advantage
- Willing to work on site in Makati/Ortigas
