Account Officer

• Prepares accurate and reliable credit reports (Credit Approval Memorandum - CAM) by reviewing loan applications,
  
  

conducting a background investigation and verifying and validating information and source of income provided by customers.

• Screens and checks the completeness and accuracy of loan application and submitted documents. Interviews borrower and
  
  

co-borrower, validation and checking of KYC information and verifies his/her business/employment details. Reviews and

evaluates credit bureau checking: FFCC, NFIS, ML, Kaiserscheck 64Ai – Name Screening.

• Validates and establishes source of income by conducting third party verification such as bank checking, trade dealings for
  
  

supplier and client, employment verification, character reference checking.

• For account with a possible approval of P500K and above: Conduct credit investigation and neighborhood checking of
  
  

residence and business area.

• Conducts and prepares collateral inspection report: for motor vehicle – take pictures, road test and stencil (blue form) and
  
  

provides appraisal and valuation; for real estate property – take pictures and provides appraisal and valuation.

• For financing product: Verify and validate dealer's information and dealer's price for financing accounts.
• Performs online verification such as DTI Verification, SEC Verification, PRC Verification, Facebook, Google Verification, and

• Prepares cashflow/sales report, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Client Risk Assessment Form.
• Verifies loan applicant's payment history of previous or existing loan/s with other banks or financing institutions.
• Monitor and update accounts on Account Officers Tracker for monitoring and production purposes.
• Conducts special field credit investigation for accounts endorsed by the management and collection company(ies) for further
  
  

checking.

• Provides credit recommendations based on the overall merit and assessment of the account (approval, decline or hold).
• Evaluates and assesses credit standing and financial history of individuals and business establishments.
