Job Qualifications

• Candidate preferably/optional possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• Preferably with 1-3 years of related working experience.
• Must know how to drive a motorcycle/car with a driver's license.
• Willing to work on the field.
• Willing to be trained.
• Expertise in credit investigation and phone verification and Field Credit Investigation/Review
• Must be patient, honest, and hardworking.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Job Description

• Compile and analyze credit information gathered by investigation. Create investigation report and provide weekly/daily updates to department
• Obtain information about potential creditors
• Prepare reports of findings and recommendations
• Contact the customer to determine the time and place of investigation and take photos of the site
• Collect customer documents as required to verify its integrity and authenticity
• Verify customer's past or current credit record
• View the customer's assets and evaluate the value
• Conduct complete background and credit investigation checks: Identity, residence/ neighborhood, reference contacts, due diligence as to assets, property, affiliations.
• Experience in appraisal (for collateral loan purpose) preferred.
• Assist in administering the negotiation and collection of past due accounts.
• Verify business models reported on loan application and cash flow details, in person.
• Conduct research via the internet and varied sources.
• Perform all other tasks as directed by the Business Compliance Investigation Head.
