The position is primarily responsible for for increasing the loan portfolio of the bank, particularly for business loans. The position is also responsible for negotiating with the client on interest rates, loan terms, fees and charges and other items related to loan packaging.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Identifies potential loan client
- Conducts sales call and or client visit
- Promotes, sells, and explains the loan products to client
- Conducts initial evaluation of client's financial status to determine feasibility of granting loans
- Manages the acquisition and accreditation of potential partners that will bring in prospective clients to the bank
- Keeps network and builds relationship with potential partner/client
- Represents the client for the approval of loan
- Collates and checks completeness of the documentary requirements from the client
- Negotiates loan amount and terms which will be both beneficial for the bank and the client
- Handles client inquiry and loan status
- Monitors the business loan performance to reach quota
- Prepares and analyzes loan performance reports
- Performs other related duties as assigned
