Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
With 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace
Familiar with social media platforms and task management tools such as ClickUp
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
Duties And Responsibilities
Serve as the main coordinator between FMC Advertising Department and MSC
Handle communication for marketing campaigns, promotions, and material requests
Coordinate product details, approvals, photos, videos, and campaign requirements
Track campaign requests and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Maintain accuracy and consistency of marketing information and materials
Coordinate with other FMC companies when needed
