As an Account Manager, you'll manage the full partnership journey. From identifying and acquiring new business opportunities to strengthening and expanding existing accounts. You'll work closely with business owners, decision-makers, and multi-branch brands to help them get the most out of UTAK POS while driving sustainable growth for both our partners and the company.

What You'll Do
- Partnership Acquisition: You'll identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships with business owners, franchisors, franchisees, and other growth-oriented MSMEs.
- Business Development: You'll actively build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic relationship-building.
- End-to-End Sales: You'll manage the full sales cycle—from discovery and presentations to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and activation.
- Relationship Management: You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for partners, ensuring they have a positive experience and receive ongoing support.
- Strategic Partnership Growth: You'll identify opportunities to expand accounts through upselling, cross-selling, branch expansion, and deeper product adoption.
- Client Advisory: You'll develop a strong understanding of each partner's business and provide recommendations that help improve their operations and outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring: You'll track account performance, engagement, and growth opportunities to identify risks and areas for improvement.
- Retention & Engagement: You'll maintain regular communication with partners to strengthen relationships, increase satisfaction, and encourage long-term loyalty.
- Insights & Reporting: You'll analyze partnership data, monitor key metrics, and provide recommendations that support business growth and decision-making.
- Strategic Initiatives: You'll contribute to projects, campaigns, and initiatives that strengthen partnerships and support the department's overall objectives.
- Team Contribution: You'll share best practices, mentor junior team members, and help elevate the team's overall performance.
