We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager to expand our market presence in South Luzon and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, target-oriented, and experienced in solution selling with strong client engagement skills, particularly at the C-level.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Business Unit Head and align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining monthly performance at no less than 150% of the annual quota.
- Grow MDTI's market presence and expand the customer base within the South Luzon territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through consistent engagement.
- Spend at least 60% of working time in client meetings and business development activities.
- Apply C-level and solution-selling approaches to effectively position MDTI's total solution strategy.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Support the Accounting Department in customer payment collection to maintain healthy accounts receivable status.
- Monitor and ensure timely processing of Sales Order Forms (SOF), demo units, service units, and related documentation to prevent delays or overdue transactions.
