Role Summary:
As the Account Manager, you will lead day-to-day campaign operations and serve as a dedicated brand advocate for a globally iconic luxury brand across 4 key ASIA markets (SG, HK, TW, JP). Operating with high autonomy while collaborating closely with the Account Director (APAC), you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational bridge between regional client teams, local market contacts, and Tag's internal production ecosystems. You are someone who thrives both working independently to drive workflows forward and working as a collaborative team player to deliver best-in-class output.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Ownership & Operational Leadership
- Drive Day-to-Day Delivery: Oversee live campaign workflows and asset delivery across all 4 assigned markets (SG, HK, TW, JP), ensuring all deliverables align with strategic client objectives.
- PM Collaboration: Partner with dedicated Project Managers to review production schedules, monitor campaign health, and ensure seamless handoffs from brief to final delivery.
- Timeline & SLA Governance: Maintain macro-level control over project milestones, proactively managing scope changes and SLA commitments with senior client stakeholders.
2. Paid Media Content Mapping & Brand Guardianship
- Brand Accuracy: Serve as a primary brand guardian across Owned, Paid, and Earned touchpoints.
- Content Mapping Direction: Lead the daily Content Mapping workflow, reviewing Media Diaries and establishing clear creative production briefs for OOH, YouTube, Digital Display, and Social assets.
- Asset Governance: Audit Global Campaign master assets against regional media plans, ensuring all localized adaptations strictly comply with global brand guidelines and local specs.
3. Regional Client Liaison & Quality Assurance
- Primary Client Liaison: Serve as the trusted, main day-to-day operational contact for client briefs, strategic status updates, and regional client meetings.
- Feedback & Review Management: Lead client review rounds, translating feedback into clear creative direction for internal teams, and conducting final high-level brand checks on adapted media assets prior to deployment.
- Regional Efficiency: Facilitate smooth asset-sharing and best-practice distribution between markets to maximize creative efficiency across the region
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in an account management or client leadership role within an agency or production setup.
- Account Autonomy: Proven track record of leading day-to-day client accounts independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining strong internal cross-functional synergy.
- Paid Media & Channel Expertise: Strong foundation in paid media formats, specifications, and channel requirements (OOH specs, digital display, social ad formats, and media schedules).
- Leadership & Discipline: Exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to steer several live campaign streams simultaneously.
- Language Capabilities: Native or Fluent Japanese (Verbal & Written) is strongly preferred to seamlessly support local market communications in Japan. Fluent professional English is required.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid Model: The role operates within a hybrid working model, with teams in the office around two to three days a week.
- Regional Collaboration: Regular interaction with regional offshore teams, requiring flexibility and respect of diverse cultures.
