Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include addressing customer inquiries, creating effective strategies to meet client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best possible results. Additionally, the Account Manager will monitor market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.

  • Experience in account management, business development, or sales
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies
  • Organizational and time management skills for account coordination
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Industry experience in construction or steel product markets is a plus
