The Qualifications We Seek

Required

  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, preferably in an agency environment, with hands-on knowledge of paid search, paid social, and/or programmatic campaign planning, execution, and measurement
  • Experience supporting or managing paid media reporting, including extracting data from advertising platforms, building and maintaining reports, and explaining campaign performance in clear language
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to stay organized, follow established processes, manage multiple concurrent deadlines, and close action items proactively
  • Experience in a conversion- or performance-focused environment, such as B2B lead generation, e-commerce, or SaaS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare client-ready emails and performance summaries

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, and/or Reddit
  • Experience with Monday.com or comparable project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Trello
  • Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Supermetrics
  • Previous experience in a media agency or in-house performance marketing team that supports multiple stakeholders

Your Daily Tasks

  • Own day-to-day coordination for a portfolio of accounts, including campaign launches, optimizations, creative refreshes, budget changes, and deliverable timelines, in collaboration with the account lead.
  • Manage all account activities through Monday.com as the system of record for delegation, status updates, and progress tracking; maintain current boards and hold internal teams accountable to committed deadlines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional channel specialists across paid search, paid social, and programmatic media to deliver against client KPIs.
  • Support paid media reports by extracting and consolidating platform data, maintaining weekly and monthly client reports and dashboards, validating data accuracy, and drafting performance commentary and insights with support from the Senior Performance Manager.
  • Manage account operations, including budget pacing checks, creative and asset trafficking, invoicing, media reconciliation, client files, executive summaries, and meeting notes.
  • Partner with account leads to investigate, track, and resolve client concerns promptly and thoroughly.
  • Contribute to client meetings, QBRs, and status calls with prepared materials and a clear understanding of campaign progress, priorities, and issues.
  • Support account leads and other team members with prompt and thorough follow-up on meeting action items.
