Job Qualifications:
· At least 1 year of sales experience in ICT products, IT solutions, or technology services
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or Computer Science
· Experience in an IT reseller or system integrator environment — strong advantage
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Comfortable using CRM systems (Odoo experience is an advantage)
Core Responsibilities
→ Generate new business through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, and event follow-up
→ Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and product demonstrations
→ Prepare accurate quotations, technical proposals, and sales documentation using Odoo CRM
→ Build and maintain long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
→ Coordinate with the Technical team for smooth project implementation and delivery
→ Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets
→ Manage accounts post-sale — ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
