What We're Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Senior Account Manager to drive enterprise sales and business development within the Retail, Utilities, and Telecommunications sectors in the Philippines. This is a critical role to replace a senior team member, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, as well as identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Senior Account Manager to drive enterprise sales and business development within the Retail, Utilities, and Telecommunications sectors in the Philippines. This is a critical role to replace a senior team member, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, as well as identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. He/She needs to leverage on his/her extensive enterprise sales experience and your network to expand Zebra's footprint in these key industries.

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory and verticals.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise customers in the Retail, Utilities, and Telco industries.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers with key personas in the customer's organizations.
  • Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and business challenges to effectively position Zebra's portfolio of products, solutions, and services. Sell Zebra solutions, do not push products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (especially the regional teams), including pre-sales engineers, marketing, and channel partners, to deliver integrated solutions and a seamless customer experience. 6. Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts in SFDC, activity reports, and market intelligence to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience selling to direct customers within the Retail, Utilities, and Telecommunications sectors in the Philippines.
  • Uses advanced domain / solutions knowledge to competitive advantage
  • Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships
  • Often leads others in their development; provides input to policies and practices
