Job Description

Manage and develop business relationships with existing NetSuite SMB customers.
. Perform account maintenance tasks, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
. Work in tandem with solution consultants to conduct annual and quarterly business reviews with customers.
. Expand customer accounts by upselling additional NetSuite modules and services.
. Act as a liaison between customers and other NetSuite departments as needed.
. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through campaigns and constant customer engagement.
. Accurately forecast sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
. Formulate and execute upsell strategies aligning with organizational objectives.
. Comfortably conduct online meetings and presentations with C-level stakeholders.
