Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term engagement and retention.
Manage client accounts and serve as a key point of contact for enquiries and support.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of business development and client engagement activities.
Support the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at increasing customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Education or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relationship management roles.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
