We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and act as the main point of contact for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on new products and services.
- Track and report on account metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and solve issues effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales principles.
