About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and partnership-driven Account & Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with key business partners and support their operational and commercial success. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, driving performance improvements, and identifying growth opportunities across the partner network.

The successful candidate will take ownership of partner relationships, lead initiatives to enhance performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and long-term success. Strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and analytical ability are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Management & Success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, maintaining open and productive communication.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to monitor partner operations, commercial performance, and overall satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with partners and internal teams to implement solutions.
  • Build long-term partnerships through trust, collaboration, and value-driven support.

Operational & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address partner concerns, streamline processes, and implement best practices.
  • Support strategic initiatives and campaigns that drive partner growth and performance.
  • Analyze trends and data to make actionable recommendations for improving partner outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between partner needs and service delivery.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Participate in new initiatives and projects to enhance partner experience and network growth.

Strategic Initiatives & Relationship Development

  • Lead initiatives aimed at increasing partner engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Advise partners on operational and commercial strategies to support sustainable growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring partners have the insights and support needed for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 14 years of experience in account management, client success, or commercial/operational roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in hospitality, technology-driven businesses, or fast-paced commercial environments is a plus.
  • Willingness to work under a hybrid setup.
  • Available to start as soon as possible.
