  • Build and maintain strong relationships clients.
  • Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and cost estimates in coordination with the estimating and engineering teams.
  • Negotiate project contracts, commercial terms, and agreements with clients.
  • Coordinate with the design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure project requirements are accurately communicated and executed.
  • Monitor project progress and provide clients with regular updates on schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Handle variation orders, change requests, and contract amendments while ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project status.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or related field
  • .3-5 Years experience in construction, interior fit-out, or project sale
