Account Manager – Performance Marketing (Search)

A global technology platform is expanding its APAC team and hiring Account Managers to support advertisers running performance-led campaigns across search environments.

This role sits within a specialised team focused on helping brands capture high-intent audiences actively researching products and services online. You will work closely with agencies and direct advertisers to improve campaign performance, identify growth opportunities and provide strategic guidance on optimisation.

Good fit for someone who enjoys client conversations, problem solving and commercial impact, not just backend execution.

What you'll be doing...

• manage relationships with advertisers and agencies
• support optimisation of performance-led campaigns across major search platforms
• provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI
• identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• collaborate with regional stakeholders across APAC
• ensure strong client experience and account health

We're looking for someone who...

• has 1–4+ years of experience in account management, campaign management, or performance marketing
• understands how paid search fits within the wider digital media mix
• is comfortable speaking with clients and contributing to strategy discussions
• has experience working in agency, publisher, or adtech environments
• is commercially aware and results-driven
• is detail-oriented and enjoys problem-solving
