Sales Specialist is responsible for acquiring new customer accounts and managing relationships with existing clients to support the Companys goals on volume, profitability, and credit quality.

- Provides support to existing customers, including order follow-ups, pricing updates, price negotiations, and resolution of issues or concerns.
- Builds and maintains strong customer relationships to anticipate needs, ensure satisfaction, and drive retention.
- Coordinates with the Operations Coordinator to guarantee accurate, timely, and high-quality servicing of orders.
- For prospective customers, gathers initial data, location maps, and other required documents for the preparation of the Credit Recommendation and Approval Memorandum (CRAM) and site inspection; submits documents to the Credit Department.
- Prepares and submits sales reports to the Sales Department Head.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- Preferably with least two years of experience as a Sales Account Manager but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- High School Graduates or Vocational Course Graduates are welcome to apply but should have a proven experience in Sales and Marketing
- Presentable, good communication skills in both oral and written
- Computer literate
