Monitor and ensure sales target achievement through acquisition of new accounts and retention of existing portfolios.
Analyze and endorse proposals based on approved actuarial limits.
Recommend pricing, benefit packages, and strategies to support account closure or renewal.
Negotiate and discuss terms with clients to secure new or renewed accounts.
Proposal & Documentation Management
Collate, analyze, and prepare client proposals and supporting documents.
Update presentation materials and correspondences.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents before submission to superiors or other departments (Actuarial, Underwriting, QRFT, Account Management Support).
Client Engagement & Collaboration
Schedule and collaborate on client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Escalate pricing or benefit concerns for proper disposition.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to contracts and compliance policies.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with Know-Your-Client (KYC) policies and other governance standards.
Review contracts and account management processes to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and submit timely reports such as:
Weekly client updates, sales reports, calendars of activities, DNR (Do Not Renew) lists, P&L reports.
Periodic utilization reports to clients or brokers.
Experience
Proven experience in corporate sales, account management, or business development , ideally in the healthcare, insurance, or financial services sector.
Experience in client negotiations, proposal preparation, and pricing analysis .
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration , especially with actuarial, underwriting, and account support teams.
Experience in reporting and data analysis for account management and sales performance.
