Role Description

Klaiya Digital is seeking a full-time Account Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team on-site in Manila. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and addressing clients needs. You will actively oversee accounts, coordinate campaigns, and ensure alignment with client goals. This role entails collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, providing reports, and delivering outstanding service to drive client satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Tagalog and English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Account management and client relationship management skills
• Strategic thinking and the ability to execute plans effectively
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
• Experience working with digital marketing strategies and tools
• Proficiency in analyzing data and generating insightful client reports
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in account management or a related role is preferred
• Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape and client-facing roles is a plus
