Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with approved scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Assist Project Managers and Account Managers in planning, tracking, and monitoring project activities and milestones.
- Support project delivery using established methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, in accordance with bank policies.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Master Agreements (MA), and MSA/MITA.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and key stakeholders.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns as necessary to ensure project success.
- Ensure adherence to Metrobank's IT governance, compliance, and risk management standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT project coordination, project management, or account management roles.
- Proven experience supporting or delivering IT projects in a structured enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of project delivery frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Experience in contract and vendor management, including SOWs and master service agreements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- ITIL, PMP, or PMI certification.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
