Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with approved scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Assist Project Managers and Account Managers in planning, tracking, and monitoring project activities and milestones.
  • Support project delivery using established methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, in accordance with bank policies.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Master Agreements (MA), and MSA/MITA.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Prepare project status reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and key stakeholders.
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Ensure adherence to Metrobank's IT governance, compliance, and risk management standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT project coordination, project management, or account management roles.
  • Proven experience supporting or delivering IT projects in a structured enterprise environment.
  • Working knowledge of project delivery frameworks, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • Experience in contract and vendor management, including SOWs and master service agreements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • ITIL, PMP, or PMI certification.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
