Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Metro Manila for an Account Manager. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating and managing client accounts, and understanding their business needs to offer tailored solutions. The role involves overseeing client communications, problem-solving, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional tasks include identifying business opportunities, upselling relevant services, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experiences and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities and execute strategic account plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in project coordination and account administration
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with technology, telecommunications, or fiber optics is a significant advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
