Account Manager

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager position located in Governor Generoso. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and the retention of key accounts. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and driving sales. The role will also require preparing proposals, analyzing customer needs, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and contracts.

• Client Relationship Management and Account Development skills
• Proficiency in Sales Strategies and Negotiation techniques
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the OTR tire industry or related sectors is a plus
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on-site in Governor Generoso
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in account management or sales roles is highly desirable
