Account Manager

We need an Account Manager to own client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive retention. You'll be the single point of contact between our placed professionals and their US-based clients — making sure every placement is a success.

 What You'll Do

• Manage portfolio of active client placements
• Monitor performance and catch issues before they become problems
• Build strong relationships with both clients and placed professionals
• Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement
• Escalate and resolve complex relationship issues
• Provide timely, proactive support

 You Have

• 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client relations
• Excellent people skills and relationship building ability
• Strong judgment and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Proficient with Slack, Notion, Google Workspace
• Comfortable with US working hours
