Account Manager for EMEA Region

Job Purpose

The Account Manager owns and manages client relationships across the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding and implementation through post–go-live support and ongoing account management.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, SLA compliance, successful implementation, platform adoption, and proactive issue resolution.

The Account Manager acts as the central liaison between clients and internal teams (Leadership, Technical, Business Analysts, QA, Service Desk, and Support), ensuring alignment, clear communication, and seamless service delivery.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or any

related field.

• Additional certifications in Technical Support, Customer Success, Project Management, or IT Service Management are an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Support, or related client-facing roles in an IT or SaaS environment.
• Experience handling client escalations and coordinating with cross-functional teams (Tech, QA, Support, Analytics, BA).
• Background in working with ticketing systems, integrated platforms, or cloud-based tools.
• Prior exposure to UAT, hypercare support, or project delivery cycles is highly preferred.

Other conditions:

• This is a hybrid role, with once a week onsite in Paranaque office.
• Must have a good working computer, headset and camera and strong Internet connection at home. No, we dont supply equipment.
• Applicants that are willing to be placed in EMEA shift.
• Offer is at 60-70k range net for the probationary period of 6 months.
