We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Account Manager with proven B2B sales experience to manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth within the FDAS industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with corporate clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction from project initiation through completion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Conduct client presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contract agreements.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
