Job Description

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Account Manager with proven B2B sales experience to manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth within the FDAS industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with corporate clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction from project initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct client presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contract agreements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of B2B sales/account management experience.
  • Experience in FDAS, fire protection, construction, building systems, security systems, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
