Account Manager Enterprise Technology Services
Summary:
At Thakral One, you will own and grow enterprise technology accounts. This role goes beyond relationship management you will drive revenue expansion, client retention, cross-sell strategy, and long-term partnerships across Cloud, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Applications, Managed Services, and IT Staff Augmentation.
You will work closely with Delivery, Talent Acquisition, and executive stakeholders while building relationships with decision-makers across established enterprise clients. If you are commercially driven and ambitious about scaling accounts, this role gives you the platform to do so.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
- Own commercial performance of assigned enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute structured account growth plans
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Managed Services, Cloud & Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and IT Staff Augmentation
- Increase wallet share within existing clients
- Build predictable revenue pipelines and maintain forecast accuracy
Strategic Client Relationships
- Build strong, multi-level relationships across IT, procurement, and business units
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Anticipate client needs and position solutions proactively
- Establish Thakral One as a strategic partner
- Act as commercial escalation point when required
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Delivery Managers to ensure service excellence
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to anticipate hiring demands
- Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to craft proposals
- Align commercial strategy with operational execution
Commercial & Contract Management
- Support contract negotiations and renewals
- Protect margins while maintaining competitiveness
- Manage scope expansion discussions
- Ensure financial performance aligns with revenue target
Requirements:
Profile
- Commercially driven and comfortable owning revenue targets
- Experienced in enterprise IT services or technology consulting
- Skilled at navigating large organizations and multiple stakeholders
- Strong in negotiation, forecasting, and structured account planning
- Proactive and growth-oriented
Experience
- 510+ years in Account Management within IT Services, Consulting, or Managed Services
- Proven experience managing enterprise accounts
- Exposure to Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, Applications, or IT Staffing solutions
- Experience working with banks, telecom, or large enterprises is an advantage
