Qualifications
Bachelor's degree graduate
58 years experience in business development, key accounts, or sales management
Proven track record in securing new business and developing high-value accounts
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with ability to identify opportunities and execute plans
Highly analytical with strong financial and commercial acumen
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and data analysis platforms
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and willing to travel for business development
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across retail, food service, and distribution channels
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop strategies to grow key accounts and achieve revenue targets
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to inform business decisions
Prepare reports and presentations for management
