Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage, nurture, and grow our existing client portfolio. In this role, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, deeply understand client IT infrastructure needs, and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships within a designated portfolio of assigned client accounts.
• Build strong rapport with decision-makers to understand their technical requirements and business goals.
• Proactively identify and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our enterprise IT solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales revenue targets and business expansion metrics.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention, contributing directly to overall company growth.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar enterprise sales role.
• Domain Expertise: Solid experience selling or offering tech infrastructure solutions, specifically servers, storage, hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), networking, and security.
• Core Competencies: Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
