Account Manager

We're Hiring: Account Manager – Pharmaceutical

Location: Singapore

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is looking for an Account Manager to drive portfolio growth and develop strong partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth across assigned accounts and achieve sales objectives
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
• Identify key decision-makers, business opportunities, access barriers, and customer needs
• Build trusted relationships with specialists, nurses, pharmacists, clinic managers, and other healthcare stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality product discussions tailored to HCP needs and patient journeys
• Stay updated on relevant clinical data, treatment guidelines, and market developments
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams
• Share customer and market insights to support portfolio strategy and execution
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or another healthcare-related discipline
• At least four years of experience in an MNC environment, including a minimum of two years within healthcare
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, account management, or customer engagement
• Strong track record of achieving sales results
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Strong business acumen, communication, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
• Agile, resourceful, and comfortable using digital engagement tools
  
  

Experience across different therapeutic areas is welcome.
