What you'll be doing:
- Manage customer sales contracts, sales orders, supplier purchase contracts, and purchase orders within the sales management system.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, sales teams, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Monitor contract and order progress, proactively addressing delays, supply issues, and customer service concerns.
- Track inventory, production schedules, and shipment status to ensure products are delivered on time and in full.
- Oversee freight, shipping, and logistics operations while maintaining relationships with service providers and monitoring service level agreements.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain all documentation related to sales, purchasing, logistics, and quality assurance requirements.
- Ensure customer, supplier, and service provider data is accurate and up to date across CRM, sales management, and accounting systems.
- Process sales and purchase transactions, including order creation, invoicing, billing, and financial record maintenance.
- Support accounts receivable and payable activities by validating invoices, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with customer collections when needed.
- Coordinate quality assurance documentation, certifications, and compliance requirements between customers and suppliers.
- Assist in investigating and resolving customer complaints, product non-conformance reports, and logistics-related issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of communication throughout the contract fulfillment process.

- With 3-5 years of experience in customer service and logistics, importation and exportation of products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, keen attention to details
- Works with minimal supervision
- Experience working with clients globally is a plus
- Willing to work according to Customer time zones which may be Asia, Europe or America
- Ambitious and looking for a long-term career in the agricultural trading sector
