Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or related course is an advantage)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to do fieldwork, client visits, and sales-related activities
- Sales, account management, or customer service experience is an advantage
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and willing to meet sales targets
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to be assigned in Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
- Generates new sales opportunities and manages client accounts
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Presents and promotes company products and services
- Prepares sales documents such as proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiates and closes sales based on company processes
- Coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Ensures client satisfaction and handles account concerns
- Works towards achieving sales targets and company revenue goals
- Maintains accurate records and submits sales reports regularly
