Job Description

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Bachelors Degree (Business, Marketing, or related course is an advantage)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • With strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork, client visits, and sales-related activities
  • Sales, account management, or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and willing to meet sales targets
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to be assigned in Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Generates new sales opportunities and manages client accounts
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Presents and promotes company products and services
  • Prepares sales documents such as proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiates and closes sales based on company processes
  • Coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Ensures client satisfaction and handles account concerns
  • Works towards achieving sales targets and company revenue goals
  • Maintains accurate records and submits sales reports regularly
