Account Management Specialist

In this role, the Account Management Specialist will be responsible for creating, uploading and submitting candidate profiles across various Vendor Management Systems (VMS) platforms. They will also be responsible for entering and cross-checking job requisitions into Salesforce sent via email or through various VMS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating, uploading and submitting profiles in various Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Verify candidate profile matches the job applicant page in Salesforce.
• Review job requests sent by Account Managers via email and enter them into Salesforce.
• Cross-check and scrub jobs pulled from the VMS to ensure accurate syncing.
• Fix data errors, missing fields, and discrepancies between systems.
• Marking hot jobs in the Salesforce
• Communicate with Account Managers when information is missing or unclear.
• Perform routine audits to maintain data accuracy and quality.

Job Qualifications:

• At least college level; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in US voice campaigns in the BPO industry is required
• Experience with Salesforce; familiarity with VMS systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be willing to work in rotating shifts or US time zone.
• Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, QC
