Role Description

This is a full-time on-site entry level role for an Account Management Specialis (Fresh Graduate/Entry Level) located in Iloilo Business Park, Mandurriao, Iloilo City. The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing client needs, maintaining ongoing communication with clients, developing strong relationships with key accounts, and addressing any client inquiries or issues promptly.
