Job Description

About the Role:

As an Account Governance Administrator at CBRE, you will support a global account by managing access governance, compliance tracking, reporting, and communication processes that ensure strong operational controls and standardized account practices

This job is part of the Account Governance functional area, which focuses on supporting real estate operations through platform access management, compliance certification, data governance, reporting, and bestpractice coordination across multiple markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage access governance processes for the account, including onboarding of new users, updating permissions, and removing access for departing employees.
  • Lead quarterly system access attestations to maintain strong data governance and confidentiality standards.
  • Coordinate standardized onboarding training for all new team members in partnership with market or regional leads.
  • Distribute quarterly partnership or engagement surveys, analyze results, and prepare market-level reports.
  • Issue annual governance and compliance certifications, track completions, and escalate noncompliance to ensure 100% adherence to required policies.
  • Track, monitor, and report on key contract governance activities, including required business reviews and compliance deliverables.
  • Prepare and report quarterly KPI performance results for assigned markets.
  • Communicate operational updates, process changes, upcoming trainings, and other account information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the collection, documentation, and sharing of best practices across markets.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly newsletters or account-wide communications.

What You'll Need:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Audit, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a similar field preferred; equivalent experience or certifications may also be considered.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage changing requirements in a fastpaced environment.
  • Understanding of key governance principles, including data confidentiality, antimoney laundering, antibribery, health & safety, and related compliance standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with real estate or lease database platforms is helpful but not required; training can be provided.
