Job title: Account Executive/Sales Closer

Shift Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Time (Can be adjusted to fit the client's schedule)
Outsource Recruiter is hiring an experienced Account Executive / Sales Closer with a proven background in staffing agency sales or managed services sales.
This role focuses exclusively on closing inbound opportunities. You will conduct discovery calls, present tailored staffing solutions, and convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.
This position is not for sales development representatives, appointment setters, or lead generators.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery and sales calls with qualified inbound leads
- Identify client hiring needs and propose staffing solutions
- Present pricing, handle objections, and close deals
- Negotiate contracts and move deals through the pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience closing deals for a staffing agency, recruitment firm, or managed services provider
- Full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident handling pricing and objections
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
- Results-driven and performance-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling offshore staffing or outsourcing solutions
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Manatal or similar)
- Commission-driven sales background
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
