The Role in a NutshellWe are looking for an Account Executive with a hunter's mindset. You will be the bridge between our creative team and our clients, responsible for both nurturing long-term relationships and aggressively pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close new accounts to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the lead point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring creative excellence and client satisfaction.
- Strategic Pitching: Lead the development of sales decks and creative proposals that solve client problems and win bids.
- Portfolio Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing client base.
- Internal Liaison: Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure project timelines and client expectations are perfectly aligned.
What We're Looking For- Experience: 1-3 years in a sales or account management role within a Creative Agency or similar industry.
- The Hunter Instinct: A proven track record of bringing in new business and opening doors.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to present to C-suite executives.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and presentation software (Canva/Pitch/Keynote).
- Mindset: Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
