Account Executive (Remote) — Summit Leads Philippines | Full-Time | Remote

About Summit Leads

Summit Leads is a US-based lead generation agency operating across multiple verticals including legal, home services, solar, insurance, and debt. We work with a network of suppliers and buyers across the country and are scaling fast. We're looking for a driven AE to own the buyer and seller acquisition process end to end.

The Role

While the founding team is focused on owned and operated traffic and broader growth initiatives, we need someone who can independently drive the outreach and sales side of the business. You'll be responsible for finding, pitching, and closing new buyers and sellers across our verticals — from first touch to activated partner. This is a full-cycle sales role with real autonomy and real upside.

What You'll Do

  • Run outbound prospecting daily via cold email sequences, LinkedIn DMs, and community channels (Telegram, Skool, Facebook groups)
  • Use tools like Apollo to build targeted prospect lists and manage your pipeline
  • Book and run video calls with potential buyers and sellers, explain the model, handle objections, and close
  • Negotiate terms and onboard new partners independently
  • Send a daily update to leadership — pipeline activity, calls booked, deals closed, blockers
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners

You Must Have

  • Excellent spoken and written English — native or near-native level, non-negotiable
  • SDR or AE experience — cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, building and running email sequences
  • Comfort running video calls and sales conversations with US-based business owners and executives
  • Experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
  • A self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do

Nice To Have

  • Existing network in legal, home services, solar, insurance, or debt verticals
  • Experience with Apollo, Instantly, or similar outreach and sequencing tools
  • Familiarity with performance-based lead buying and selling

Compensation

  • Base: 50K–75K/PHP/month depending on experience
  • After probation period 5-10% Revenue Share on clients acquired(OTE 12KPHP-20KPHP/mo)
  • Performance upside is uncapped
