  • Develop and maintain a complete and accurate knowledge of Unidoor products and services.
  • Identify and maintain a list of prospective customers for Unidoor products and services.
  • Prepare and submit Sales Plans (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually).
  • Prepare and submit a Weekly Sales Status/Accomplishment Reports.
  • Engage with prospective customers to identify their needs and match them with USI products and services, including providing product brochures and conducting product presentations.
  • Prepare and submit sales quotations/proposals to prospective customers, and take appropriate follow-up actions to secure Purchase Orders or Sales Contracts.
  • Ensure Purchase Orders/Sales Contracts contain all relevant details, including product code, quantity, selling price, applicable discounts, delivery dates and locations, and terms of payment.
  • Monitor the status of customer orders and coordinate with internal teams (e.g., PMG, Credit and Collection) to address customer queries and resolve any complaints promptly.
  • Maintain effective client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Practice 5S in the workplace to ensure a safe and organized environment.
  • Uphold and protect the company's image and reputation at all times.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (High school graduates or vocational course completers with exceptional sales experience may be considered)
  • At least 1-3 years proven sales experience in the steel manufacturing industry, construction, or property development
  • B2B sales experience is required
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, client-acquisition, and relationship-building skills
  • Willing to conduct field work and client visits as needed
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Amenable to work on-site in Greenhills, San Juan City
  • Can start immediately
