Trusted by thousands of enterprises, we're expanding our international sales team and are looking for an experienced Account Executive based in the Philippines to help drive our next phase of growth.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to accelerate our growth in the Philippines. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role where you'll own the complete customer journey—from identifying opportunities and engaging prospects to negotiating and closing strategic deals. You'll work with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, partnering with Finance, Tax, Procurement, and Technology leaders to help them modernize their finance operations using Clear's AI-powered platform. If you're passionate about building new markets, closing complex deals, and working in a fast-growing SaaS environment, we'd love to speak with you.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Identify and win new Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
  • Build relationships with CFOs, Finance Leaders, Tax Heads, CIOs, and business decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and business priorities.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting in Salesforce (or similar CRM).
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop territory plans and execute outbound strategies to generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience selling to Mid-Market or Enterprise customers.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable engaging Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Should have experience with a minimum ticket size of $8k USD.

Experience selling Finance, Compliance, Tax, Procurement, or ERP solutions is a strong advantage.
