Job Description

Our U.S. client is seeking a Remote Account Executive that will drive new revenue while actively supporting customer growth and retention. this Individual will own the full sales cycle from inbound qualification and discovery through demos and closing while also playing a hands-on role in onboarding and early account success.

This role strongly prioritises candidates who already have proven experience selling and managing accounts in fully remote, distributed environments. You will work closely with leadership, product, and customer success teams to align commercial outcomes with customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, scheduling and running discovery calls and product demos (often alongside senior leadership)
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to contract close
  • Build, manage, and consistently progress a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Support smooth client onboarding and handover to ensure fast time-to-value
  • Conduct proactive customer check-ins to support adoption, engagement, and long-term success
  • Partner with customer success to retain accounts and re-engage at-risk or churned customers
  • Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM for forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility
  • Continuously improve sales and customer journey processes and contribute to internal playbooks
  • Capture and share customer feedback, use cases, and feature requests with the product team to inform roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Demonstrated experience selling and managing customer accounts in a fully remote role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a remote or distributed sales environment
  • Experience handling both new business (hunting) and account management responsibilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across video calls, demos, and written follow-ups
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar)
  • Highly self-directed and able to manage time, priorities, and performance without close supervision
  • Organised, data-driven, and motivated by clear commercial out comes

Salary

  • USD $1,500 to $1,800 per month
