Role Description The Account Executive | Multinational Brokers Channel is a full-time, hybrid role based in Metro Manila, with a mix of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with multinational brokers and corporate clients, focusing on health insurance solutions that align with their benefit strategies and compliance requirements. Day-to-day activities include managing a portfolio of broker partners, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting presentations and product briefings, and coordinating renewal and retention initiatives. The Account Executive also tracks pipeline and performance metrics, handles contract documentation and internal coordination with underwriting, operations, and claims teams, and supports issue resolution and service escalation to ensure a positive client experience. The role requires regular market and competitor analysis, participation in business development campaigns, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and strengthen the brokers channel.
